  • FX rate. 1 PEN = 4375.0000 IDR, used to normalize cost baskets.

  • ComparisonService. Per-category cost deltas (housing, food, transport, utilities, leisure, healthcare) normalized to the origin currency.

For each of the four axes we compute an independent 0–10 score using the formulas printed beside each axis. The composite is the unweighted mean of the four axes.
