How this ranking is built
Your £70,000/year gross is converted to each city's local currency at the static FX rates Mundevo uses for the rest of the site, then run through that country's effective income-tax + employee social-security rate to get a take-home net.
For each lifestyle tier (frugal / balanced / comfortable / premium), Mundevo's cost-of-living model computes the required monthly net at the local price level.
